How long has it been since you pampered yourself? We invite you to take a long, hard look at yourself. Resolve to take care of yourself both physically and emotionally.
Day 1
Spa Day ... Total relaxation with more than 5 hours of pampering at a spa awarded the "Best Facial in New York" award by New York Magazine. Your treatments include a collagen facial, sea mineral body scrub, herbal hand paraffin therapy, manicure, pedicure, and solar energy mud treatment. Dinner.
Day 2
Food for thought with 3 experts who will challenge your way of thinking:

Our weight consultant guru shares his top tips for weight control. |

Our favorite psychologist will conduct a Mandala Workshop (a hands-on interactive experience that is a method of healing). Your drawings (no artistic ability needed) are analyzed to encourage self awareness and mental and physical renewal. A very rewarding experience. |

Our nutrition and exercise expert answers the question: What is good senior nutrition? She’ll also give us easy-to-do exercises geared to senior bones. |
The day ends with a Makeup Makeover. We’ll give you a $100 credit to buy beauty products of your choice. Dinner.
Day 3
You are what you wear. Is your wardrobe in a time warp? Let’s find out ...
A session with the Personal Shoppers at Bloomingdale’s. Perhaps a visit with the Personal Shopper at Loehmann’s, one of our major discount shopping outlets. Time permitting, we’ll also visit Century 21, the famous discount store, adjacent to Ground Zero.
Cost
$1,450 (USD) includes all activities and treatments, two dinners. Price does not include airfare, airport transfers, hotel (we will be happy to make recommendations), breakfast and lunch, all alcoholic beverages, gratuities for spa treatment, personal expenses. |
